Question: a famous adventurer had 3 favorite clannies, all of whom were very smart ladies/fellows. the adventurer was curious as to which of these clannies was the smartest & quickest, so he devised a strange test. he pulled out 3 blue traffic cones & 2 yellow traffic cones, & called his clannies to his campground. he informed them they were to be tested, then arranged them so they stood in a triangle all facing the middle. he then blindfolded each of them & said:
“i have with me 3 blue traffic cones & 2 yellow traffic cones. in a moment i shall put one of these hats on each of your heads, & hide the remaining 2 away. once this is done you may all remove your blindfolds, & whomever is first able to correctly deduce what color hat they are wearing will receive 50,000 meat. bear in mind, however, you must be able to tell me how you knew! you may not touch any hat in any way, nor use any means of viewing it. you may not talk to each other, or move around, or… ok look, just stare at each other & THINK the correct answer up, ok?? guessing will not be awarded, & cheaters will be fed to the wumpus!”
the adventurer then went about & placed a blue traffic cone on each of their heads, & hid the remaining yellow cones in his closet with all the rest of his junk.
“the challenge has begun, remove your blindfolds & solve my puzzle!! …or is it a riddle? a …um… a brain teaser? …hum…”
the adventurer gradually mumbles himself to silence. meanwhile, the clannies stare at each other & think, & soon one raises his/her hand & says “i have a blue traffic cone on!” “WONDERFUL!!! exclaimed the adventurer. “now, how is it that you knew?”
Question: There is a formula for computing the pitch of a passive solar greenhouse roof that is dependant on the Longitude and Latitude of your exact location. I just can’t remember it nor find it on line. helphelphelp my brain is melting AND I want to be outside playing in the dirt and glorious 68 sunny SC degrees. Question: Hi, all! I’m in Discrete Math and as part of our final exam, we have a bunch of extra credit puzzles and there’s only one that I can’t get. The formatting doesn’t work so ignore the the periods, but it’s the word “Jack” and “King” raised up above the numbers “9, 10″, and “Queen.” We get these puzzles all the time and they are exercises to train our “left brain.” Ha, ha. Question: I have a character in my anime named Alex and my other characters found him in an ancient temple. He can remember any thing, at all! He doesn’t know any thing, its like his a baby. Simple things like phones and books and even certain words like love, funny, fear etc.. are new to him.he doesn’t understand feeling either, but the weird thing about him is that his unbelievely smart when it cames to puzzles, math and undecoding things. His able to learn a whole lanuage just by hearing or reading it. Basicly his brain is like a computer. His so cute and innocent.
In my anime/cartoon, Alex was a kind, sweet prince of a hidden race of people.
These people have silver,gray skin, and red,yellow and blacks eyes.
Females have three fangs growing over the out side of the mouth.
Males have a whole row of fangs growing over the mouth.
Their fangs don’t start to grow untill the age of 13, marking the age of young adult hood.
Alex’s father is not of this race but of a race of diffevernt beast. Alex’s mother was the daughter of the emperor of the hidden race but she fell in love with Alex’s father.
Im not going to tell what happened to Alex but when he awake,but he had a braclet with the name “Alex” on it. it’s is short for his real name. My other character tell him that he is the guardian of Beast and that they promise to help found who he is and where he came from.
